The sustainability programme, “Together Towards ZERO and Beyond (TTZAB)”, is our response to global challenges such as inequality, climate change and water scarcity, as well as society’s increasing focus on health and wellness.
Anchored in our purpose of brewing for a better tomorrow, the programme reflects our ambition to address environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics that are most material to our business and to the wider society. Each of these is underpinned by measurable targets and designed to deliver results towards our milestones in 2030 and 2040.
In partnership with our suppliers, customers, consumers and the communities where we operate, we are going Towards ZERO and Beyond, Together.
Our founders’ ambition did not stop at brewing better beer every day. To them, the journey to pursue perfection in the art of brewing could only be sustained by creating products that are associated with social responsibility – that is, brewing for a better today and tomorrow.
To that end, we have worked hard over the past century to make sure that every aspect of our business – from our brewing equipment to how we source the ingredients for our beer – is as environmentally-friendly and sustainable as possible. We hope you'll join us on this journey towards a better tomorrow and discover how sustainability is part of everything we do.
Through our sustainability programme “Together Towards ZERO And Beyond”, we are committed to developing partnerships to deliver results towards our ambitious targets by 2030 and 2040.
We firmly believe in the power of innovative partnerships to deliver change and stimulate innovation across our value chain. By forging and maintaining relationships with our suppliers and business partners, we can achieve more sustainability impact while gaining the competitive advantage we seek.
Together, we can brew for a better today and tomorrow.
The UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a call for governments, civil society, businesses and the general public to act to end poverty, fight inequality and tackle climate change.
Being interconnected, all the goals are important, but we focus our efforts on those where we can have the most impact. Based on our 2016 materiality assessment, we identified the 14 most relevant targets in 7 SDGs - 3, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13 and 17.
